In other words, if phone communication isn’t your preference or part of your client experience, you may want to reconsider including your phone number on your contact page.
Your contact page is the perfect place to set expectations for what a prospective client can expect. This is why Including your business hours, and sharing reply timelines/expectations can be very helpful and can set the tone for future experiences. For example, our business hours are Monday – Friday from 10 AM – 5 PM CST. Our contact page shares our business hours and lets visitors know they can expect a reply from us within 24-48 business hours. Setting these expectations and offering transparency helps to kick off a trusting and communication-driven client experience. Likewise, you might add a line to your form that mentions where pricing starts, that way potential clients know what to expect to invest if they are reaching out.
